These terms govern your use of primetechnical.in and the purchase of any course, workshop or webinar from Prime Technical India Private Limited ("Prime Technical", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
1. Who we are
Prime Technical India Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India, operating an ISO 9001:2015 certified stock market training institute with its office at Vrindavan Garden, Mathura Road, Aligarh - 202001. You can reach us at indiaprimetechnical@gmail.com or +91-7895677272.
2. What we provide — and what we do not
We provide education. Our courses, workshops and webinars teach price action, volume based setups and risk management concepts for understanding the equity and futures segments. Sessions may include live market examples, historical charts and illustrative setups used purely to explain a concept.
We are not an investment adviser. Prime Technical is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or as a Research Analyst. We do not provide trading tips, stock recommendations, buy or sell calls, entry or exit levels presented as advice, targets, profit assurances, portfolio management services, demat handling or any form of investment advisory. Nothing said in a session, written in our material, posted on our website or social channels, or answered by our website assistant is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Any illustration used in teaching is historical or hypothetical and is shown to explain a method, not to suggest a trade. Every trading or investment decision you take is yours alone. We strongly recommend you consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before acting on any market decision.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register or purchase. Our services are offered for use in India. By purchasing, you confirm that the name, email address, mobile number and other details you give us are accurate and belong to you.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred or used by more than one person. Tell us immediately at indiaprimetechnical@gmail.com if you believe someone else has access to your account.
5. Enrolment and access
- Enrolment is confirmed only when payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation by email.
- Webinar joining links, meeting IDs and passcodes are issued to one named participant. They are not transferable and must not be forwarded or posted anywhere.
- Schedules, session timings, faculty and delivery mode may change for operational reasons. We will tell you as early as we reasonably can, and where a session cannot be rescheduled the refund terms below apply.
- We may refuse or cancel an enrolment where the details given are inaccurate, where payment fails or is reversed, or where these terms have been breached.
6. Fees, payment and taxes
- Fees are shown on the relevant course or webinar page and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Course fees are not collected through this website. Enrolment begins with a WhatsApp or telephone enquiry, and our team will confirm the fee payable and the payment method before any money changes hands. Always confirm the account or UPI details with us directly on our published number before paying, and treat any other number or account as fraudulent.
- We will issue a receipt for every payment received. Your enrolment is confirmed by that receipt and by our written confirmation, not by the enquiry itself.
- Webinar bookings made on our separate webinar site are paid online through that site's payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Fees are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at the time of enrolment. Where GST applies it is charged at the prevailing rate.
- We may revise fees at any time. A revision does not affect an enrolment already confirmed and paid for.
- Bank charges or currency conversion costs, where they apply, are not refundable.
7. Course material and intellectual property
All course content — recordings, slides, notes, workbooks, scanners, templates, charts, checklists, our name, logo and branding — is owned by Prime Technical or licensed to us, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable law.
On payment you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the material for your own learning. You may not:
- record, screen-capture, re-stream or photograph any live session;
- copy, reproduce, upload, publish or circulate the material in whole or in part, including in any group, channel, cloud drive, marketplace or messaging service;
- share your login, joining link or material with any other person, whether paid or free;
- teach, resell, sub-licence or commercially exploit the material or the methods taught; or
- remove or obscure any copyright notice, watermark or identifying mark.
Material may carry a visible or invisible mark identifying the participant it was issued to. If material traced to your account is found circulating, we may terminate your access without refund and pursue any legal remedy available to us, including under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
8. Acceptable use
While using our website or attending a session, you agree not to:
- disrupt a session, or behave abusively towards faculty, staff or other participants;
- present yourself as associated with, endorsed by or teaching on behalf of Prime Technical;
- use our name, logo or material to promote any tips service, signal group or advisory;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe them for weaknesses, or interfere with their operation; or
- use the website for anything unlawful or in breach of any applicable regulation.
9. Recording of sessions
Live sessions are conducted over third-party platforms such as Zoom and may be recorded by us for quality, training and compliance purposes. By joining, you consent to being recorded. Your participant name and any question you ask aloud or in chat may be captured in that recording. You may not make your own recording — see section 7.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and our sessions available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures in internet connectivity, hosting, payment gateways, conferencing platforms or other systems outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We give no assurance of profit, income, return or trading success. Results depend on your own skill, discipline, capital, risk management and market conditions. We are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, attendance at a session, or application of anything taught.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific course or webinar giving rise to that claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Technical, its directors, employees and faculty against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of our material, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular sections 7 and 8 — or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the website at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to indiaprimetechnical@gmail.com.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top will change. Continuing to use the website or attend sessions after that constitutes acceptance. We will not apply a change retrospectively to a purchase already completed where doing so would materially disadvantage you.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
17. Grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first — most things are resolved quickly. Write to indiaprimetechnical@gmail.com with your order reference and what happened, or call +91-7895677272. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. Grievances about personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy.
